Owned and operated by an Aussie mum of 2, KJ Essentials has grown to be a leading manufacturer and supplier of hundreds of baby and parent products.
Prior to our engagement, KJ Essentials had historically been reliant on spending through Social and Paid Advertisement via Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram. While these channels converted, we saw potential
for reducing cost per click and opportunity for growth in organic channel to provide more sustainability and improve collaboration across each channel.
Insight
Our goal was to drive attribution toward the organic channel. By implementing our strategy we were able to strike a healthy balance between the paid and organic channels. The organic channel now reigns as KJ Essentials strongest channel across traffic and revenue acquisition with the lowest cost per conversion across all channels.
Our Approach
Expanding the entry points to KJ Essential’s website using data and research was essential to improving their organic traffic and ensuring that users land on the most relevant landing page resulting in improved user experience.
Year on Year Results
After completing the URL restructure, building out new landing pages and new navigation for the website, we began seeing improvement in conversion metrics across all channels with users engaging in improved user experience across the site. Organic keyword ranking and search impression growth also drove sustained growth throughout 2020 and beyond.
